1. All passenger details on the booking are complete and accurate (please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant IC/ passport)
2. No cancellation or refund will be permitted. Transfer of booking should be noted no less than 7 days before departure.
3. Booking confirmation: Payment successfully processed.
4. It is your responsibility to arrange adequate travel insurance to cover you and your party in respect of your booking. We want to ensure you feel secure and protected during your travel.
5. We will ensure appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal information. The information you provide to us will only be passed onto the Service Providers of your travel arrangements or to other organizations necessary to provide and perform your Travel Services.
